By using Idoraa’s website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use Idoraa.
Idoraa offers an AI-powered Facility Management Software platform, including: Visitor, Asset, Attendance, Cafeteria, Digital ID, and Travel modules.
Provide accurate information during onboarding.
Ensure lawful use of Idoraa’s platform.
Protect login credentials and account access.
Comply with Indian laws while using the software.
Services are subscription-based. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be shared at the time of contract.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
All amounts are exclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST).
Customers own the data they upload.
Idoraa processes data solely to provide and improve services.
Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and AI insights.
All rights, titles, and interests in the Idoraa platform, trademarks, software, and content remain with Idoraa.
Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information (business, technical, or personal) shared during the term of service.
Idoraa provides services “as is” and disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
Customers may terminate services by written notice per the subscription agreement.
Idoraa may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or unlawful use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, India].
